i welded in a SUPER 40 series all u need is the muffler 2.5 in 2.5 out and a foot long piece of 2.5 tubing 90 bucks and an hour of mine and a buddys time = insane sounding exhaust with only alil int noise i avg 800 miles a week and tow with it its not bad inside at all but a lopy sound at idle and sick at wot

I have the Edelbrock SDT muffler welded in to the factory exhaust deep tone no noise in cab but the wife says she can here me when i coming down the road (LOL). Im very happy with it.

I have dual 18" Magnaflows on mine right now and im switching out to the 22" to try and quiet it down. They sound really good and deep, but with dual 3" exhaust and longtubes dumping infront of the axle it is a bit loud. Unless you are pushing a lot of air through it or you want to spend some $$$ I would just buy a replacement muffler and keep the stock piping. You can always step up to a high flow y pipe and some lt's later.

My vote is on magnaflow.
