If you have a 6.0L engine and tranny out of a 2500 series, it will be an lq4 6.0 and a 4l80E transmission.

4.8L - LR4
5.3L - LM7
5.7L - LS1
6.0L - LQ4/LQ9

Referred to as LS-based motors. Only ONE LS1, and that be the 5.7L.
