Is a 03 lq4 as good as a 06 lq9?

Some 04+ Lq4 have the floating rods. I would get the lq9 if possible. If not the lq4 will be fine.

as good? As good for what? They are slightly different. LQ9 is higher compression....so the LQ4 might be better for boosted application.
