more cam help?

Default more cam help?

i know this has been talked about a million times. but im about to buy a cam and im trying to decide between the tr220 or the tr224. the mods are im my sig. im planning on buying the TT3000. this is my DD. and im looking to go 12s n/a. and later down the road im going to get some WCCH heads. so what do you guys think would be the best cam?

i would say 220 with a 3000 stall. also check out the TSP 220. it has a bit more lift than the tr220

If you are going to be replacing the heads, I'd go with the TR224. You want to get your duration up there so the heads will be a good benefit.

That's just my .02 of course.

either will do but if you plan on those heads in the future the tsp220 might work out better b/c of more lift to accomodate them heads.

A TT3000? That should be a good stall for the setup. It's a daily driver, I'd be weary of blowing off the tires too easily.

I was suggesting the TR224 with the TT3000. I would go no higher on the stall than that.

on the TSP220 would i really be able to tell the benifit of the extra lift?
