Default More 6.0 cam questions

I have been looking into a few more cams these last few days. Kinda wondering if I should just go a bit bigger. Thus far I have my eyes on the Futral 228"/228" .576"/.576" 112LSA and the Texas Speeds 228/228 .588/.588 112. Any of you 6.0 guys have any thoughts on these versus the TR224 I have right now?? Im not sure which direction to go.

Are you planning to do a stall? Or just another cam?

Get a 3000 stall and stuff a T-Rex or a G5X3 into it......they'll require ALOT of tuning but the f-body guys daily-drive 'em all the time, I'm betting a RCSB with a 6.0 and a T-Rex will hit LOW 12's

I'd look into the cam that Slowprocess is running. It's kinda hard to argue with the results he is getting...and the drivability.

I am using a 216/220 with the stock stall in my SS. I say the 224/224 would work real good with the 3000 stall. Are swapping for a 6.0? Isn't your truck a 5.3?

I dunno.....after having run this "baby cam" of mine for awhile I could see going REALLY big and just tune/stall it to make it driveable

In a 4000lb RCSB you could go pretty radical and still keep it very driveable....with a 3000rpm stall you could go 230/230 .575/575 without any problem, it'd be a little soft on the bottom but up to it'd freakin SCREAM !!!!
