Default Monitoring Trans and Engine oil temps

Aside from using a denali gauge cluser, what is the best way?

Can I tap into the existing pcm/OBD sensors?

I'd get an Aeroforce Interceptor Scan Guage. It shows everything + pcm codes and clears them.

The Aeroforce gauge does seem like a pretty unique gauge.
Allen Nelson recommended that gauge when I asked about different gauges.

$329? Id rather just get a full tuner for another $150.

I really just want to see trans and oil temp when I'm towing.

That is an excellent gauge -- you can monitor almost anything you want without taking a laptop everywhere, and it resets codes on the fly.

Is The Guage Plug & Play, Or Do You Have To Hard Wire It?

you could add a double gauge pod on your A-pillar, tranny is simple enough, for the oil temp you may have to get creative like getting an aftermarket oil cooler so that you can access your oil for a reading without putting a sender in the pan..... tuning programs don't give tranny and oil temps.

The gauges should come with a driving device (transducer?) or tell you where to tap into.
