Default moding a 6.0 liter

I was wondering if the mods on a 6.0L the same as the 5.7L. My brother has a 2003 Silverado SS and he wants it to be faster. What mods should he do? He wants the bolt-on's first. Any help would be appreciated..

UPD intake, Long Tube headers, full cat-back exhaust and tuning will go a long way.

Has he visited silveradoss.com?

The new SS takes to bolt-ons really well.
