Default header question?

ok i got some pacesetter longtubes and i want to install them but i dont want cats on, but no shop will install it so what should i do? and would it hurt to run no cats like will the timing be messed up and hurt performance? thanks

I would have your cats installed with v-clamps and then have some straight pipe the same length as the cats also with v-clamps then you can swap them out as needed....easy as pie.

i dont want cats tho i want strait pipes but im not sure if it would mess up performance?

the reason they wont do it is because technically its illegal to remove any emissions equipment and cats are emissions equipment. it will run better without cats after you get it tuned for it.

Put them in yourself.. Get you and a good friend, some beer, some metric hand tools and go to town... Take your time, you can do it...

alright im gettin the headers on today with a y-pipe no cats next is a blackbear tune this is funnnn
