The Volant retails around $380 or so. Ii just bought one for my 01' 5.3L and it works great. Install was a snap and it looks sweet.
You have to remove that mounting plate below your stock air box and the new box has 2 inlets for air, the stock location and one on the bottom of the box which is open now due to the removal of the mounting plate. You can easily rig up a homemade cold air tube or buy the one from Volant for $139.
