Default Max lift on a '01 LS6 valve spring? (solid blue in color)

I'm thinking of yanking the '01 Z06 cam out of my truck and putting something else in. What's the max valve lift I can go with these springs? I'm not swapping them again. I thought I saw somewhere I can go up to a .540 lift. Does this sound right? I am thinking of order the Vinci 044 for my app.

DUR @ .004" 272* / 280*
DUR @ .050" 210*/ 218*
LIFT .531/.531
OVERLAP 48*
LSA 114*

Not saying 99silver is wrong but i have seen that GM rates them at .570. I guess they are very similar to Comp 915s?

Can anyone else confirm this? If that's the case I'm golden I should be able to do a cam swap in an afternoon and not 2 days. Those valve springs were a bitch to change out let me tell you! If you guys remember one of my previous threads I was disappointed about my dyno numbers and we even thought that maybe I was sold a LS1 cam rather than a LS6 cam. I can neither confirm or deny that fact yet, however I want to be ready to buy a new cam this spring and know what cams to start looking at since I already have the solid blue LS6 cam springs installed.

Thanks,

Joe

This is for the 02 and newer ls6 springs. I am not sure on the 01's but I do know it's less than .570.

i have run .540 with the solid blues, the springs did show signs of coil bind on 3/4's of the spring so they were definitely close to being maxed out.

Yes this is the very max. I had mine measured before installing with an 01 Z06 cam with 0.525" of lift. The combo seal/seat had me max at 0.545". The yellow 02' Z06 springs will go to 0.570" lift ( cam lift is 0.550" like posted ).
