Default Mass air meter and silicone conectors what do I use?

I have a new intake and I am now using a 90mm TB, I am wondering if I should steo up to a larger mass air meter? Will a 85mm slp or something of that sort work or should I look for something else? Also where can I get a large enough silicone conector for the 90mm TB? Also if anybody knows where I can buy a 4 1/2 peice os aluminum tubing so I can fab some type of cold air set up. If you would like to see what I have I got pictures here https://www.performancetrucks.net/fo...d.php?t=438952

I remember a thread where someone posted a link to a website that sells all sorts of silicone connectors and CAI parts and whatnot, can't remember who it was and the thread title though Maybe try google and you'll find some sites

lingenfelter has a 100mm maf. 4 inches...

search for spectre 4 on summit to find all sorts of 4 inch couplers and aluminum piping. pretty cheap compared to buying something premade i guess.

I guess what I am asking is why is this the better option vs a maf? I dont think I dont think I am maxing the maf, I just was trying to upgrade to match the new throttle body. If a SD tune is better I would be intrested in giving it a try.

alot of guys go to sd, do away with maf and o2 sensors. never have to worry about them going bad. why go spend 300 on a new maf when you can do a sd tune. i like the driveability of sd tune. I have it set to run lean at cruise and get better mileage. Throttle response seems better as well.. just my opinion, im sure someone can prove me wrong tho
