Default Manual tranny to line up with bigger engine?

Will my 4.3 5-speed tranny line up with a 99-06 5.3? I know the automatics will, but I've had split decisions on the manual. Thanks in advance.

All GM v-8's from 55&up have the same bellhousing bolt pattern. The only issue you may run into is to obtain the correct spacing for the crank/flywheel/clutch.
