Default Magnacharger Radix

Well, just an update on what I did today.

I have gone nuts (I think)

I replaced the stock pully with a smaller one and I am seeing about 13-14 pounds of boost. Any bets on how long the motor last??

Anyone else making that kind of boost on a stock motor?

As long as you don't see knock why should it matter. As long as you dont push a head or break a rod you should be fine. You are running a scan tool right!

I ran it on the matco determinator we have in our shop and saw occasional KR of about 3.0 max......I know that this is considered normal for the gas here in LA. If I run 100 or better I am sure it will go away, I think I will stick to the hard driving at the track!

Man, let me tell you this thing feels like a rocket ship now . I will have dyno numbers on sunday after the group dyno run with the F body guys!

Does the truck feel much better with the small pulley? Maybe it's just boost backing up in the intake manifold. I've heard of this happening and it shows a higher reading on the guage than what is actually being used. I don't know the specifics though.

**Edit** Nevermind, I just read that it feels like a rocketship now.

I want to post the little exploding smiley but, I won't. :p

Just have some COLD Coors Lights ready. I could use some damn sun, this place is starting to get real depressing with rain almost everyday.

I'm seeing around 12psi now with my procharger
haven't done and indepth tuning on it yet been taking it easy with the small pulley till i get it tech 2'd
the Procharger off the line is now making at least 5Psi outta the hole ans keep climbing nicely
Thing i would recommend is maybe stock shift points the higher you rev it the greater the chance of failure is what i understand
wanna race???
get some slick and let see some real times

Add an Alky kit and some more timing and see what kind of power you make.
