Definitely not an Allison 1000 under there. My Duramax had that. Doubt they would put that on a 6.0 gasser. I'm trying to simplify this process. The bigger 8-bolt engines will need a bit more parts and money to make the swap happen. That LSX3765-B8 seems to be the simplest swap by far

I think Im gonna pull the trigger on the LSX3765-B15. Looking at my Dyno Graph I'm already hitting 10 PSI+. Im expecting to hit higher numbers once I upgrade the fuel pumps and get more fuel in the tune.

So here's my flow chart: LSX3765-B15 + GM Performance 8-Bolt Crankshaft Adapter Kit + my stock transmission (or built transmission?). Am I on the right thought process here?

I think that adapter kit will work for you, but definitely measure everything to be sure. Everything else sounds good.

Given Im already thinking about upgrading the tranny, are there other torque converter, tranny combos I can go for so I don't have to use the adapter?

Why not forge the LY6 with studs and good gaskets and upgrade the blower? Would come out way cheaper and make the same power.

You have 6L90 in that truck and 58X reluctor pick up a gm performance parts book pick your poison order the part number drop it right in drop it off at a tuner and get a nice flash and rock and roll. Then when you are done you have a GM warranty on the motor and no worries.

Thanks for the input fellas. I finally found a local shop that actually knows what their talking about. I've picked up a lot of good info from this forum over a few days so I've figured out how to get this project in process. Hoping to Hit 700HP. I'll post results when the project hits the tuning phase.
