Hello guys and gals figured I would ask on here and see if anyone had a rossler 4l80 terminator 3 transmission in there truck? I burnt mine 65 up and I'm pretty sure I'm swapping one of these in my truck says there rated for 1500 horse and I'm gonna only around 850 so I'll have room to grow and everyday reliability let me know what performance transmission you guys are using

I drive by Rossler on a daily basis. They build some awesome trannys. I don't know about the 80es but last time I stopped by to get a quote on building a 65e they didn't even want to take it. They just quoted me an outrageous price that I could have bought 3 stage 3 monster trannys with. I think it even says on the website that they do not build 60es anymore. Hopefully you have better luck with an 80.

It really depends on what you're trying to do. Street type set ups I'd use Rossler. Race type set ups I'd use Rossler.

Get it?

The price is high cause you get what you pay for. I just paid over 8 grand for my new TH400. I also have a Rossler Terminator 3 TH400 with some upgrades I'm half *** trying to sell. I paid a little over $3100 for it. It has 35 passes on it, no street or dyno time.

You do realize a stage 3 Monster transmission is basically a resold Coke can after it's been shredded, right? That company says this on their sale form for their top end 4L60E...I'm still laughing. They never fail to have comedy gold somewhere LOL

*Take Note - The O.E. Front and Rear 5 Pinion Planetaries are out of stock due to industry back order. Good news is, this is temporary. The performance of the O.E. 4 pinion planetary may be more than suitable for most applications.
PS: Their warranty also still says that broken/damaged parts automatically void the warranty.
