just talked with white, hes gonna send me a harness with a switch wired up and the pin later when i need it. switch open both run half speed a/c on one full switch closed both and a/c on both full.

Hold up, the switch is going to replace the PCM pin, thats it. When the switch is off, the fans will be off. When you flip the switch on, both fans will come on half speed (just like the PCM turned them on) if you have the switch off, when the A/C is on, one fan will run full speed. When the switch is on, and the A/C is on, both fans run full speed.
