Default ls6 springs with xr259hr and stock pushrods

will ls6 springs be ok to run with a comp xr259hr cam? and can i run stock push tubes? if not what push tubes do i need?

Im running 2 cam sizes bigger with yellows AND stock push rods and have 30k miles with no issues
