Im just wondering if I put the LS6 rockers on my truck do I need anything else? Would putting the LS6 pushrods on change anything or am I ok with the stock ones? Thanks

 

are ther any gains over stock rockers...I was looking at the specs and they are 1.7 on the 5.3 and 1.7 on the ls6

 

There wouldnt be any gains. Unless the ls6 rockers weigh less and even then it is negligible. If you are paying for the rockers it is definately not worth the money. Only with a higher ratio rocker will you see gains because it increases the lift.

 

want more lift check w/ SLP or COMP cams slp has 1.85:1 rockers w/ ls6 springs, locks and retainers for about 750$ and i think comp has 1.75 or 1.8:1 and better springs. locks and retainers, and they make a shaft mounted set of rockers too, oh and patriot performance has shaft rockers too.
