Default Ls6 intake swap problems, or not.

I put my truck in the body shop after my ls6 intake swap and now that I have it back problems are surfacing. My wideband was going to 18.5 on idle so I removed the intake and made sure all gaskets were good. I found that I had pinched the old style coolant crossover tubes and intake wasn't seating right. Then I installed the new style crossovers and reinstalled the intake. I took it for a spin and at WOT my O2s are reading 890 mv but wideband reads the word lean. At idle fuel trims fuel trims are in the negative 2-4s so I assume its taking away fuel but wideband reads 18-19. Does this sound like a lean condition or just a messed up wideband sensor. I'm thinking the sensor because it should at least show a # at wot since it feels powerfull and there is no sign of a problem.

Forgot to mention if leaving the wideband on for an extended period of time without engine running can burn the sensor. If so that may be what happend.

If both of your stock O2 sensors are matching but your wideband is off it sounds like a bad wideband sensor to me.
