It's not "flow ratings" that guys are switching to the LS6 as much as it is plenum volume. That's the big difference between the 2.

From what I've read here through the years, the LS6 seems to be better above 6k...

well i ran the truck intake up to 6900 rpm and the ls6 up to 6900 and didnt see any difference.

but the truck falls off at 5500 right

May only be good to 5500 to some per say,but it sure wound to 6900 fine on yours

I think if you retuned it for injectors only then your just letting the setup failper your choice.
Let him retune it for the intake not the injectors and you might see a differance.
You don't swap cams and only change fuel......just my .02
