I have two different LS2 silver blade 90mm throttle bodies, one has the little plastic connector tab broken off and occasionally will throw a reduced engine power code. The other has been rock solid reliable for 5ish years until a few weeks ago when it would throw REP within a mile of driving and repeated continuously after clearing the code.

These things are expensive and getting hard to come by, is there a way I can rebuild them myself or send them off for refurbishment? Or is there a better boost capable 4bolt TB out there that doesn’t suck to tune and have tons of issues? I might pick up a gold blade or 87mm truck TB for the Tahoe just to solve these issues.
