Default LS1 fan guys, shroud question.

For those of you with LS1 fans. Did any of you get creative on mounting the upper section of your fans? Or did most of you stick with steel strap material?

i just used steel straps like you mentioned. that's all you need.

I know thats all you need.... But I thought about messing around with some alum and my plasmacutter.......

I've seen some custom shrouds done like that with diamond plate and such; I would search for a pic for ya but you type in ls1 e-fans and a bajillion results comes up....

most use metal straps, some just use zip ties

i used zip ties..actually dont look that bad i thought..look through my photobucket in my sig..i have a pic in there some where
