Default ls-6 valves

need some help deciding on the correct length pushrods. I have a LQ9 with a stock LS1 cam and 317 heads. I was gonna use a set of 243's but the valve seats had pits in them. so i took the valves and springs from the 243's to the 317's. how much longer are the hollow Z06 valves and can i use stock 7.4" pushrods. BTW just got the engine from the machine shop and they milled the block .005". thanks for any help!

6mm or .236 longer. With the match of components you have a pushrod checker is in order.
