Dimensionally it is the same, so your headers and intake should fit right up.

ONly thing you are changing is internal stuff EVERYTHING external is the same as far as bolt ing stuff right up.

So I got a chunk of $$ coming and was gonna pay off the credit cards and the truck. Think i'll pay all the cards and do the swap, build the tranny and pay off most of the truck!
