youre going to get told to search. guaranteed.

whats your budget?

port and polish if you want to stay cheap on the heads.

cam depends on if you like daily drivability or not. im going with a 224 in my 4.8, few people are telling me its not the smartest for a DD and more than likely Ill stall it. learning process i suppose.

cant help on the stall idea. im a 5 speed kinda person.

I got the tsp prc ls6 stage 1 heads 68cc chamber, yields 10.6:1 compression on an LQ9. Add in a cam of your choice and you should easily have 400rwhp. Then you need the trans to handle the power and a suitable torque converter. Also needs longtube headers.
