Default LQ9 open bolt holes in head

After installing OBX long tubes, I've run into a problem burning through wires. I heat wrapped the hump on the drivers side, and have kevlar shielding on the spark plug wires. They still make contact, and burn through eventually. I was thinking about making brackets to hold the wires back closer to the head like I've seen someone else do. There seems to be 4 open holes in the head above the header flange, does anyone know what the bolt size and thread pitch are?

I just ran 2 pieces of wire from one of the coil bracket bolts and bent them to hold the wires closer to the head along with spark plug heat sleeves. if you look closely in the pic you can see it
