212/218 on a 112-114 LSA is a fan favorite for a reason

I use this cam in majority of the LQ4/LQ9 engines for a heavy truck.

I will look into this cam.

I have a set of 3:42s in there now and dont really want to change them out, but I ordered a posi Duragrip unit for it and it comes in a kit with 3:73 Motive gears. Running a set of 27" tall tires right now but thinking of running a larger tire.

3.42 with 27" tires is fine.
No point in spending money going from 3.42 to 3.73s.
Just nothing worse than running a "larger" cam with a tire too tall for the gear ratio.

VERY similar to the EPS I had in my first LQ4 in my truck. It worked well, much better than my current cam.
