Default lq9 build need help...

hey guys im buying a lq9 block and plan on doing a better motor build i already have a stock lq9 in my cc truck. but im looking for more power.
i plan to do a front mount turbo the machine shop local to me quoted me 1200 to prep and balance the roating ***. to include mahle pistons i plan to run 10-12 # of boost.
im looking for a good cam for dd and mild strip. i dont really tow anything
good lifters, rocker, rods, springs. etc. i have a set of 316 heads any suggestions or pricing well help me out alot thanks

You are going to need to measure the new pistons and bore the block for those. Even the "same as stock size pistons" have too much piston to wall clearance at the skirt whick causes noise. Order one size bigger pistons and have the machine shop set the bloch for .0015 clearance at the skirt.
