Default LQ4 Build

Truck is an '04 Hummer, 6.0 LQ4, 104K. I have 4 broken exhaust bolts and the remaining ones are rusted solid to the manifolds. When I note already have, the parts are BNIB, not installed yet.
My plan:
new oil pan gasket
LS6 oil pump, new oring (already have)
LS2 timing chain (already have)
LS2 tensioner (not sure if i need that or if itll work with my block)
212/218 hi lift cam (wentv custom 112lsa cut. have in hand)
LS7 lifters (have)
New CM pushrods (have)
new knock sensors (preventive maintenance since intake it off)
PAC 1218 springs (already have)
ARP head bolts (already have)
Stock head gasket (already have)
NNBS intake (have)
Comp trunnion kit (already have)
replace the 317's with 799 heads. (already have) this way I dont have to fool with rusted manifold bolts and I get a bump in CR. Getting them just cleaned up and valve job this week. No milling, porting, etc. (Picked them up already)
OBX LT Headers (got them in)
AirDoc intake tube (already have)
a catback (dont have open to suggestions)
replacing any gaskets that need it as we go.
And a tune. My buddy is one of the best tuners in the country and is helping me with all this.

I just want a small/mild build for a little more power and nice exhaust tone. Im also wanting to go to 37" tires so I dont want to loose to much get up and go. I'm mainly worried about power down low, obviously. Truck is not my DD if it matters, but I dont want to get crazy with it.
Thanks for any help, ideas, or suggestions.

Gears and some tranny work will be on the list next.

*Updated for all the parts I have on hand I can think of.
** I also have a set of H1 rims/tires on the way.

And all this comes from having a clogged cat. I figured it would be a good time to do the exhaust, then the plan just grew and grew.
Pic of truck at Big Lagoon Park. The girlfriend, me, and a dog camp comfortably in the back.

off the shelf cams suck. get one made for your vehicle. nothing beats a cam specialist specing out a cam for your truck and needs.

Thats what I did. Maybe I wasn't clear enough. Similar to Hi lift, but custom cut from Comp. 212/218 .557/.562 on a 112.

Been working on it the past 2 days. Got the heads and intake off today. All the exhaust is off also. Planning to pull the pulley tomorrow, however, I am not looking forward to it.
Yesterday got the front broke down and radiator out.

My build started with a clogged cat too hehe..

Looks like fun man, nothing like tearing into your motor and seeing what a pile of parts can do

That cam should keep torque band low enough to get that thing moving though, good choice! Gears and a good tune and youll probably forget your in a hummer lol

Keep pics and updates coming..

Good plan but I wouldnt personally bother with a new oil pump, chain, pan gasket, or tensioner. No real need to change out those parts.
