12inch glass packs with 3inch tips
i do know that flowmaster makes some really loud exhaust set ups but i have forgot the series, summit or jegs will tell you if its quiet loud mid range etc on their pages most of the time.
a dump also makes it louder i do believe

loudest exhaust? buy an electric style cutout so you can control the volume of your "exhaust"
they are kinda expensive though, like 170bucks

or a normal one for like 35bucks, you would be PLENTY loud

just take off your muffler trust me you wont be sorry not too loud but a very good sound.

I used to do this on my 95 Silverado Sport truck but this was a old TBI style 350 so the vortec might sound different!

you can just have a muffler shop that doesnt mind working on a "track only vehicle" put a cutout in the place of each cat, basically running open headers i think. oxidizer has this setup

You will have to run O2 sims to do that. They aren't really expensive to do either.
