Default Lots Of ?'s Need Answers

hey guys . well i thought id combine everything i have to say or ask in one post .

first off . truck weighed in at right under 4800 pounds in full street trim . which amazed me today .

also now , can i run asm mid lenth headers and not void my warrenty. and willl running longtubes and having a custom y pipe with cats mounted further back void my warrenty?

also i really dont wanna bother with the down time of a custom tune , or having to get a relearn , or when chevy clears it sending it back . so what programer is the best to use . predator seems a little advance for me to figure out on my own quickly . im not dumb or anything just i saw some kid try using one he just got and didnt have a clue what he was doing .

also is the 3 inch pipe off my cat back run out the back with no muffler hurting my performance at all ? i think i lost a lot of bottom end , just when i hit it around 3500 or so it starts mad pulling on people im racing , but before that im next to them or behind them and then boom it starts pullin so hard .

also for just having my muffler cut off and almost a full tank of gas running in 90 degree weather was a 15.9 good ? also the truck only had like 1500 miles on it

whats the average increase in the 1/4 mile with a brute force intake .

also whats a good performance tire to run on my stock 17 inch alloys . size and all with price . the cheap generals are wore out already with 6300 miles on the truck

i know this is a lot but if you have any answer for me just post them . thanks guys

Im not sure about the mid-lengths, the Long tubes will void the warranty. Shorts wont!!

There is no downtime with a custom tune!!!

PCMFORLESS.COM OR NELSONPERFORMANCE.COM

You pay a core charge and after they send you your custom tune, you send your other one back and they give you your core charge back!!

Free flowing exhaust always helps top end!!! You shouldnt have lost very much low end though!!

Get rid of them cats and then feel the top end gains!! Youll love it!!

That sounds pretty. good.... My run with a custom tune, headers, and CAI, was a 16.1.. So your doing pretty good!!!

You wont see much of a difference... Its more of a Complementary mod..

Some people say though you might see a .10th

Toyo Proxes 275/60 17. There are several threads on these tires and they seem to do really good. Don't know about the cost though. I would recommend Mastercraft like I got but I don't think they have it in that size.

A 275/60 is shorter and wider than a 245/70. Yokohama and Kumho make tires in this size. Firestone makes the Indy 500 in that 275/60 also. All of these have pretty good traction from what I've heard. Unless you want to go with a really small tire, this is about the only size I know of.

Also, a trailblazer converter would help out.
