Well guys, what do you think about this? Nothing is broken...looks like maybe the cylinder or piston got too hot and started to seize. I don't know what to think about this now. There's no sign of detonation anywhere.

Cooling.... which I doubt. The jackets are shared with cylinder next to it. Lean cylinder which it doesn't appear to be. The piston and head don't show signs of lean.

Clearances, bore or piston maybe or the dang plug tip just broke off and got in between things and caused the damage.
