i've had the same plug do that on my motor 2 times now and it was with the stock 5.3 and n2o so it is a common problem thought the ssr intake would be a little better but im glad u posted it up cuz now im definately gonna go with the vic jr to get rid of that problem it scares me .

W2W tested the carb'd intake and it doesnt help the lean issue either. the belief of the carb'd being more even isnt correct. the car intake actually is the best at distributing the air. some think the lean issue has to deal with how the firing order is. I think something else had happend

haha, it'll be back up in no time Chris. Hopefully about mid next month or so so I can see what my truck can do this time

Thanks guys, I'm hoping it'll only be down for a couple weeks but I'll know more once I can pull that head off. It would be really nice to have a bore scope right now.

Well Kyle already stole my engine stand for his dummy motor for his turbo setups, so that means that I"ll have to steal Mike's new stand that he just put together a couple days ago.

Well Kyle already stole my engine stand for his dummy motor for his turbo setups, so that means that I"ll have to steal Mike's new stand that he just put together a couple days ago.

ls2 car intake? seems to work well with boost, speed inc's car runs 8.6s liek clock work with one..also would work with your 90mm tb...I knwo where one is
