i dont think ill have traction issues , im gonna try and keep a low stall speed , and ease into boost , it wont net the best times but should keep the tires stuck , if i do get a little then time for a straight axle and slicks

.010 over might leave a few light scratches in the bore , might wanna shoot for .020 , or which ever piston is readily available , but gotta get to .010 before ya get to .020

I'd do whatever Rex suggest but I like the idea of a new block too. It might be more cost efficient to reuse this one but if she seizes again for some odd damn reason and you have to pull it again there goes all your savings. Short term reuse this one, but if your thinking long term than I say get a new block.

So was there as theory on what caused this problem? Did you wash the cylinders with gasoline?

Wow, I'm a bit late on this, but wow. I'd go with the .040 over and not worry about it. I preferr more cubes and less boost, that is commonly the safer way to go.
