Default Looking to up the boost in my JGP

Any input? I'm guessing I should get a smaller pully for the blower? Also, how much boost you think the 5.3 truck engine could handle while still retaining daily drivablity?

Thanks!

Ive heard the pulleys on the JGP trucks are pressed on so that the whole blower snout must be swapped out. Blownchevy may be able to point you in the right direction for a new snout.

That is correct. It's my understanding that there are special tools needed to swap out the nose piece.

There aren't any pullies made for that nose piece that I'm aware of.

TO answer your question about how much boost it will hold, F8L Z71 has put something like 14psi through his 5.3 with the turbo. I've gotten 9psi with my RADIX (same thing on your truck but with a more user friendly pulley).
