Default looking for some direction...6.0l running poorly

i have a 6.0l in my 06 crew cab with about 100k in it. It had been swapped into the truck from just about day 1 in '06. Always has run like a champ. It has a little head work, 225/229 cam, so forth. recently had the engine light on for the notorious evap service and had that taken care of. at the same time the maf was cleaned and throttle body just opened up and cleaned with carb cleaner. cold start up is okay. drive for 15 minutes, shut down the truck, she will restart for a second, sputter down and stall. This will go on for as many times as i turn the truck over. Until i feather the throttle to keep it running it will stall. once running, it goes back to idle no problems. Furthermore, i now have a terrible "skip/hesitation" below 2000 rpm when running. For example, cruising the highway at 65 mph, about 1600 rpm, and she just starts sputterring away. come to a slight incline when the engine would like a bit, starts to kick like a mule. Floor it and she screams like a raped ape. No engine light or codes. recent wires and plugs done. swapped the maf for a new one, no change. I am confused. Any suggestions are much appreciated. Art

How old are the 02 sensors etc? any recent changes to tune, fuel sytem etc? Almost sounds like its running like **** in closed loop only. Do you have a way to scan any engine parameters?

maf electrical plug was an issue with the stalling on start up. the skip was the number 4 plug wire that would function well most of the time and not at all for small periods of time. kind of odd but fixed. thanks for your consoderation
