I would do some RMS 5.7 heads(of course 
) unmilled with a 212/220 Comp Cam, ASM headers, ASP pulley, Elec fans. Should pick you up a good 90-120rwhp with the right tuning.

That cam sounds pretty good.
You want ALUMINUM 6.0 heads.
You will need to use 6.0 head gaskets.
The nice thing is that your stock 5.3 heads are popular with the NA crowd so they will sell easily.
