Default Long tubes and no tune?

Is there any way possible to install LT headers and not have to get a tune? I will eventually get a tune after I can do a cam swap and a few other things, but I have a broken manifold bolt and want to go ahead and put on LT headers instead of messing with the factory exhaust.

I just installed LT's and my tune is not set up for them and it runs and drives fine. I am getting a re-tune but I don't think you should have a problem without a tune.

Hey are you going to have to customize the exhaust with long tube? I just have shorties but would rather go with long tubes.

You need to modify your y pipe. You can order most long tubes with a new ory tho so it will bolt up any cat back or stock exhaust.

Had mine on since feb. with no tune and no problems here. Just a check engine light from the missing o2's and a funny smell from the exhaust... lol
