i dont have any sound clips for you but i just did the same mod. true dual exhaust starting with dynatech LT going into dynatech powercat converters. i have a set of chambered glasspacks on there and it has a DEEP rumble when idling. sounds good, almost like an old small block in a late 60's musclecar. at WOT it is loud as hell!!! love the way it sounds.

it will sound different depending on the rest of the exhaust setup. longtubes are definatley a good mod. be sure you get your truck tuned after the header install to take full advantage of the new exhaust setup.

You could do a mail order tune and be ok...I ran mine for a while without a tune at all...no cats either...Personally I would go with a dyno tune though...Hear about a lot of people liking nelson tunes though

Long tubes with the stock exhaust won't change the sound to much during normal driving but they sound really good when you lay into it. Aftermarket exhausts will be more aggressive sounding with long tubes in front of them.
