Default Long tube headers vs. Cam

Which should i get? I know they are around the same price but i don't know what type of gains i will get from the headers. Please help me spend my money...

well, long tubes are gonna cost ya around 700-1200 depending on what system you want. they will wake your truck up for sure but not like a cam will. ofcourse a cam & longtubes is ideal cuz one works well with the other. a cam will only cost ya around 500 if you do it right for cam and springs and doing the install yourself.
