Default locking TCC at WOT-which wire at PCM?

I need to lock my TCC at WOT and would like to know the PCM wire that needs to be grounded with a toggle to accomplish this. Thanks.

I know it's pin 42 but I'm not as sure if it's the blue or red connector. I believe it's the blue.

i don't recall the pin number, but isn't it easier to just program it to lock when you want it to?
