Start saving and watch the classifieds on this site. I got mine for a great deal and there's been a couple others for sale since then.

I have really never heard of anyone switching to lighter pulleys.
Just an ATI Damper with a larger or smaller pulley diameter is about it. You would think the difference in weight on the pulleys would have really no affect on Power or Torque, maybe how fast it revs off idle or something. Definitely not a thing I would look at spending money on, at least not unless I have done everything else I could to make power first.
