yes sir, that’s the pistons I had selected when putting it together. The 3.780.
do you think 10.5:1 is too much or should I still look at the 317 and mill them? After bending a rod I want to get it right this time. Too many dollars lol

You could run a 243 head if your leaving the stock 3.780 bore

thank you for the knowledge and help! I’ll try and get my hands on some 243’s. Truck was down for about 2 months between me putting the turbo on and getting it tuned. I had it back a week and ended up with the bent rod. When I eased it over to the shop I noticed under light throttle afr was reading 16-16.5, at idle it was 14.5-14.7. I’m going to inspect my injectors while I have it apart and make sure one didn’t get stopped up some how.

Yea^^ I had to drain my tank after the built motor was installed. It went bad in 6 months, that's retarded...

I keep fresh fuel in it. The tank seemed pretty clean when I installed the fuel pump 2 months ago.
