Default Lifter Noise

Well ever since I installed the Cam on my truck, when I start speeding like around 60 or 65mph a ticking sound starts on the motor its weird cause it only does it at that speed and sometimes not all the times!!! What can it be is it the lifters or can it also be my oil pump, BTW I have a ported oil pump but at full throttle the gauge doesnt go all the way to 85 it only goes to like 65, isnt it suppose to go all the way to 85when its ported??? What can be causing the sound??????

If the noise just started to occur, I would go over the header bolts again..

The agressive ramps of the bigger cam, and stiffer valve springs makes the lifters noiser.
