Default Lifted truck power mods

I need some cam/heads/stall ideas for a lifted truck running 37" tires. I need a cam with alot of torque/midrange power that doesnt sacrifice too much top end power. What kind of heads and tune do i need. If i get a new cam will i need a new converter?

Do you already have gears? If not, that's what i'd do first before doing anything else if I was running 37" tires....I bet you'd have a tope speed of about 190 with those tires and stock gears.
