Latté in my catch can?

Dipstick looks fine! I cant speak for the humidity lately, but we've had tons of snow and ice. I keep my truck in a non climate controlled garage, so the truck was pretty cold when I checked it his morning. Ill try to check it after i drive 45min to work this evening. See if the milky crap is gone! I did notice it had a slight gasoline smell to it. I run 9psi at mid-11's afr at wot. Im starting to question running 9psi on it considering all the problems gm had with oil consumption/pistons and rings had in these late model 5.3's.

Another possibility is that i dont have it hooked up right for a boosted app??? I just took the inlet to the dr side rear of valve cover and the outlet to the barb on the inlet of the blower where maggie instructed the original pcv hose went. Should I have used a check valve?

I get that same mix in my catch can, stock lc9 5.3. I usually only get that kind of mix in the winter, I think it's condensation. In the summer it's only oil. But, I don't get nearly that much. I get 2-3 Tbsp in 1000-1500 miles or 2 months for me.

It's condensation. I originally had my catch can mounted right next to the headlight to keep it cool hoping it would catch more stuff, but it would fill with the creme colored yogurt-like stuff that would clog the catch can's drain. It would do this really quickly too. So I moved it next to the alternator and now it only catches oil.
