You can get a wix 51522 that is the same size as the old pf59. There is also a new delco pf61 that fits on the new grad prixs with the 5.3, that also calls for the 51522 wix. I dont know if this will fit but if someone would chime in they could help.

Both are good. The initial ap for the PF61 was the TrailBlazer's I6. That's when they decided to nix the PF59. The PF59 had a check valve in it, as does the Wix 51522, but the PF61 and the shorter Declo filter does not.

I wish Wix would make a 51522R, but they do not at this time.

Why do you want this filter? The only advantage really is the flow rating. WIX does not recommend the Racing filters for street use becauses of poor filtration.
