L96 looking to pick up more top end

Hi guys I have a L96 with F35 cam, slightly milled and 3 angle valve job heads, 102 mil TB, ported stock intake, running on 91... I'm wanting to pick up some more on my top end and I was looking at the Fast 102 manifold or a 102 holley high ram as well as switching to E85 do you guys think it would be worth it or am I better off saving money and putting it towards going 408? Also in terms of drive train I'm on a 4l80e and a 4200 circle D stall

I know it's not possible without a 408 but I'd love to see 500whp and a 11.xx quarter with the truck

Heads/cam LS3 will make 500rwhp.
227/237 cam motion titan 3 cam in a LS3 with just a milled and cnc job on stock heads and stock intake thru a manual will make 480rwhp on E85. So a bigger cam and better intake will make 500 easy.
Now it's a 416 with an equalizer intake and better heads so hoping for 625
