Default L92 MPG's w/ bolt-ons & towing cam?

What MPG improvements you guys are seeing in L92's with truck cams and headers? So far, all I have is a tune, and the gas is absolutely killing me. 13 on the highway at best, and about 11 in town..... and it's a short wheel base Yukon.

My L92 got 20mpg highway on a 5000 mile road trip last year. Only mods at that point was a tune.

City? Ehhh, 11 - 13mpg.

I just put on long tube headers but haven't received my wideband to tune with so no reliable data for you there.

Jeez that's bad.

My old boss had a 2010ish short Escalade with the 6.2 AWD and got 16-17 freeway with the way he drove. Pedal to the metal and doing 80mph instead of the 65-70mph speed limits.

I'm going with TSP headers and the 216/218 VVT cam. My theory is more MPG from more low-end HP and less downshifting.

Right now all i have are an Airaid and a tune.

Mine is leveled out for trails with a rack on top, but none of that made a difference in MPG.

I'm also thinking the valves are carboned all to ****. I might do a top-end cleaning and see if that helps.
