Another little update: swapped the driver side valve cover with a older style replaceable pcv valve and now the oil sucking issue has slowed down a lot. After about 40-50 miles there was just enough oil to wet the bottom of the catch can, and that could have just been some residual oil left in the seperator. If i can just get the hot start problem sorted out it will be good to go. I have talked to several tuners and they seem to thing the IAC wasnt adjusted properly in the tune. I also have a little oil seeping from the front driver side of the engine, i believe its from the front galley plug that screws into the side of the block. I will be tackling that this weekend to stop the leak.
